To participate in this promotion, there are three things you will need to do:

To register for the AVSS Rebate Promotion, simply click on the link and fill out the form. Signing up takes five minutes. After you submit your application, you will receive a response from the promotion administrator within 48 hours, with your account number, and other helpful information.
REPORTING YOUR PURCHASES:
Reporting what you buy is a critical part of making sure you get paid. To accomplish this, there are a few options:
- Option 1: Obtain a Point of Sale report from your distributor, and submit via e-mail
- Option 2: Use the template that will be provided after you sign up, fill it out and submit
EARNING REBATES: There really is no limit to how much you can make! The Belden AVSS Integrator Incentive Promotion uses a sliding scale, paying from 5.5% to 15% on growth, depending upon what percent of your total cable and connectivity purchases were Belden in 2009.
To help demonstrate your approximate rebate potential, see the following chart:
- Considering your TOTAL cable and connectivity and rack purchases in 2009, approximately what percent was Belden? For this example, we’ll use 35%
- Since 35% falls between the 25%-49% range, the rebate is 1.4% on the first 38% (a complex algorithm helps us determine this) of purchases, then 7.25% on everything else!
PROMOTION QUALIFICATIONS:
- - Qualified purchases include all Belden branded Cables, Connectors and Racks,Telecast fiber products, Hirschmann Ethernet switches and Trapeze wireless products
- - Product must be purchased through Belden distribution
- - Participants must be a system integrator contractor focused on AV, security, fire alarm, HVAC or similar
- - Participants must purchase at least $10,000 total cable and connectivity annually
- - Participants must achieve at least 15% of the Belden Growth potential to qualify for a rebate
- - Participants cannot participate in any other Belden rebate promotions in conjunction with the AVSS promotion
- - Participants will only receive credit for sales they report through the established process, or by other arrangement
- - Sales must be reported to Belden on a quarterly basis, within one month of the close of the quarter:

- - Participants found to have willfully misled or manipulated data will be terminated from the promotion
- - Belden reserves the right to perform due diligence around a participant’s 2009 and 2010 purchases by obtaining Point Of Sale data through distribution
- - Belden may, at its discretion, terminate participants from the promotion where due diligence indicates misleading information to have been submitted
- - Belden may, at its discretion, modify or end the promotion at any point, with consideration of just compensation for rebates accrued
- - This promotion is owned and administered by Belden
Timing:
- - Qualifying purchases must fall between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010
- - Sales retroactive to the start of the promotion will be accepted
